Abracon is proud to introduce the ASWD-S2 series, a new lineup of wideband, high-linearity RF switches designed for exceptional performance across diverse frequency bands. Engineered for IoT applications and seamless compatibility with multiple wireless protocols, these switches deliver low insertion loss, high isolation, and superior signal integrity, ensuring reliable connectivity for next-generation wireless systems.

These Abracon single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) reflective switches offer broad frequency coverage from DC to 8.5 GHz, making them ideal for general-purpose RF, Bluetooth (BT), GNSS, LoRa, LTE, Wi-Fi 6E/7, UWB, and 5G/LTE applications. Engineered with ESD protection and low insertion loss, they ensure superior signal integrity and reliability, supporting high-linearity operation with P1dB up to 34.5 dBm. The ASWD-S2 portfolio is built for flexibility and ease of integration, featuring compact DFN and SC-70-6 packages optimized for space-constrained designs. With isolation up to 30 dB and impedance-matched 50-ohm configurations, these switches provide robust RF performance while operating across a wide voltage range (1.6V to 3.3V) and temperature range (-40°C to 85°C). Their surface-mount design enables seamless assembly in high-volume manufacturing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and scalability.
