Abracon’s newest series of quartz crystals offer low ESR specifications in combination with low CL options to address energy-saving MCU & portable communication chipset market trends. In the race to decrease power consumption, many on-chip oscillators are starved of output drive and often cannot sustain oscillation using standard quartz crystals with higher ESR & CL specifications. Abracon’s ABM13W and ABS04W Series quartz crystals engineered for micro power applications overcome these challenges.

The ABM13W MHz crystal comes in our smallest package size of 1.2 x 1.0 mm with a profile of 0.33mm, and the ABS04W 32.768kHz crystal comes in a package size of 1.2 x 1.0 mm with a profile of 0.35 mm.

These miniature quartz crystals work well in space-constrained applications like wearables, Internet of Things, Bluetooth, wireless modules, machine-to-machine connectivity and ultra low power MCU modules.
