Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Line Manager (PLM) to join our growing team to manage our RF and Antenna business line. In this position, the PLM is responsible for setting the business strategy and helping to define the future product roadmap by using data, and insights. In this role, the Sr. PLM develops robust data-driven product strategies to successfully take a product from development to launch and manage the health of the ongoing business.

Overview:

• Define and set our RF & Antenna product roadmap working alongside of our engineering team
• Build robust business validations by researching market trends, pricing, customer needs, industry trends and competitor landscape.
• Evaluate and thoroughly understand our customer needs

• Manage the product lifecycle
• Perform pricing, cost, and margin analysis

• Develop and implement winning Go-to-Market Strategies
• Manage new product releases including assessing critical data and pricing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define and create marketing collateral and training material
• Provide technical direction and training on applications to the sales team

• Perform analysis on relevant metrics for the health of the product line

Position Experience, Skills, and Education:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical and/or business role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to produce results within tight time frames across multiple projects
• Understanding of passives components and ability to read technical datasheets
• Effective Communication Skills (written and verbal)
• High level of presentation and relationship-building skills
• Motivated analytic thinker, and problem solver with a passion to grow the business.
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office products
