This position be responsible for the more tactically related sales tasks. The CSR will have assigned distributors as well as certain key contract manufacturers (CMs) and original electronics manufacturers (OEMs). It will also develop and maintain relationships with certain direct accounts as well as assigned distributor(s). Communicate frequently internally to team, peers and senior management regarding opportunities, bookings, and revenue via. Teams with technical, engineering, inside sales, and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, thereby driving new revenue growth. A team player that collaborates with all of sales regarding customer concerns. Works with various teams throughout the company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Enter all new orders for assigned distributors, ISRs, and direct customers.
2. Review backlog report daily to ensure that as many orders as possible are being shipped.
3. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
4. Reconcile distributors’ backlogs to ensure it matches ABRs.
5. Manage consignment engagements for certain customers.
6. Respond to customer requests regarding change orders, waybill numbers, etc.
7. Verify that PO prices are accurate using the quoting system.
8. Work collaboratively with ISRs and other functional departments within Abracon.
EDUCATION (Level & Type of Degree if applicable)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Min 2 yr. related experience with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Demonstrated experience with Power Point, Excel and other Microsoft applications.
- Personal accountability and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as successfully contribute to a work team as an individual contributor.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS (if applicable)
General office environment that requires normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, and safe work practices with office equipment.
Ability to travel in rare instances
Authority utilized in this position aligns with the companies policies for pricing individual sales transactions. Decision making requires regular contact and interaction with all levels within the company
